I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to start 2020 with gratitude for another year of amazing life!
2019 has been a whirlwind of a year with lots of transition, good work and fun new connections and relationships. I’m currently enjoying downtime, reading a lot, truly taking time off work, getting in as many workouts as possible, and doing the usual end of the year reflecting. I just recorded this meditation and hope you’ll enjoy! It’s ten minutes of basic meditation practice to notice what is without judgement, and then a few minutes of experiencing and offering gratitude.
