Whether you have conflict at work or at home, or are just looking for ways to build your resilience in difficult situations, I would be honored to support you.
The timeline and duration of consultation will be tailored to suit you. Here’s a general outline of how it will work:
- We meet in person or via Zoom to talk about your situation and needs
- I create a custom plan for you that includes practices for cultivating mindfulness and compassion in your current life situation
- You implement the plan and we discuss in a follow up session (usually one week later)
- We’ll adjust your plan as needed
- Consultation can last for as many weeks as you like, we’ll decide the pace and duration in our second session
Outcomes:
- You have new strategies and tools to use in your daily life to enhance your resilience, well-being and happiness
- You are confidant in your ability to practice mindfulness and compassion
- You feel supported in your practice of the tools
Private consultation is for you if you:
- Can’t attend a full CCT class*
- Completed CCT and you’d like support applying your learning in a specific difficult situation
- Completed CCT and would like a refresh
- Feel stuck and want support
- Had a mindfulness or compassion practice in the past and want someone to hold you accountable to re-establish your daily practice
Fees: $59 per session with sliding scale available as needed
