Private consultation: Mindfulness and compassion

Whether you have conflict at work or at home, or are just looking for ways to build your resilience in difficult situations, I would be honored to support you.

The timeline and duration of consultation will be tailored to suit you. Here’s a general outline of how it will work:

  1. We meet in person or via Zoom to talk about your situation and needs
  2. I create a custom plan for you that includes practices for cultivating mindfulness and compassion in your current life situation
  3. You implement the plan and we discuss in a follow up session (usually one week later)
  4. We’ll adjust your plan as needed
  5. Consultation can last for as many weeks as you like, we’ll decide the pace and duration in our second session

Outcomes:

  • You have new strategies and tools to use in your daily life to enhance your resilience, well-being and happiness
  • You are confidant in your ability to practice mindfulness and compassion
  • You feel supported in your practice of the tools

Private consultation is for you if you:

  • Can’t attend a full CCT class*
  • Completed CCT and you’d like support applying your learning in a specific difficult situation
  • Completed CCT and would like a refresh
  • Feel stuck and want support
  • Had a mindfulness or compassion practice in the past and want someone to hold you accountable to re-establish your daily practice

Fees: $59 per session with sliding scale available as needed

*Learning in a group is very powerful and I highly recommend it, however if you can’t attend a class due to your circumstances or location, private consultation is a great option!
